At the beginning of the year, settling into school can be challenging (especially after a super active summer)! I always start the year with many different "brain breaks" so the students can have some movement in their day. As the year progresses, and their stamina improves; I find less need for movements, and the brain breaks become less frequent. The students have asked if I would post links to their favorite movement breaks....so, here they are! Enjoy! :-)
